"It's unfortunate that I have to write this negative review, but I feel it's important to share my experience for the well-being of others. My time with Dr. Marshall as my doctor was truly disappointing. Her lack of organization and competence became evident throughout my interactions with her. To keep it concise, I had a scheduled phone appointment with her to discuss the results of an ultrasound, as she wasn't in the office when I initially visited. However, she failed to call me during the scheduled time. I took the initiative to contact her office to inquire about the situation and potentially reschedule. To my surprise, I was informed that Dr. Marshall had noted in my file that she had called me and prescribed a medication. This was completely untrue, as I never received a call, and the information in my file was unrelated to my situation. After finally rescheduling and speaking with Dr. Marshall, I found her to be unapologetic and she didn't acknowledge the discrepancy in my file. I'm left feeling deeply dissatisfied with this experience, and it raises concerns about the quality of care provided. I'm now in the process of seeking a more competent Obgyn who can provide the level of care and attention I require"

"The staff were fabulous and got me in for an appointment. I was referred to Dr. Marshall. Thank heaven! I thought uh oh, all these pregnant girls, she won't know how to handle my medical questions/issues..she obviously read my chart...she's lovely! To my horror she needed a biopsy. Finally learned the results. Leddy, awesome, called me. Front desk squeezed me in for an emergency appt. Got directions next steps. More to come. Dr. Marshall is very professional, speaks with me directly, understandable layterms, and Leddy kept it real and kept me calm. Thank you to the office staff too. You all, that answer the phones. Great job!!!! Blessings."

"I have not seen Dr. Marshall but her NP is absolutely awful, as is her staff. The NP tried to push birth control options and antidepressants on me and when I asked for a natural alternative to try FIRST (because I’ve had an awful experience with both antidepressants and birth control, which I explained to her) she said I wasn’t solution oriented. Finally, with great difficulty, she gave me the option of an herbal supplement. When my test results came back, their office admin called to give me the results and were rude, unable to answer any questions, and shouted my results at me over the phone in a very heartless way that made me extremely uncomfortable. No doctor or NP followed up with me to discuss my test results as promised. I have never been treated so poorly at a medical facility. I will not be back. Would not recommend this place to any woman anywhere."

"I rarely post a negative review, but after reading the other reviews I realized that my experience was validated. It was worst experience medically that I have ever had. I’m not exaggerating. I had my iud inserted by Dr Marshall and it was painful!!!! I have had a copper iud and removed and the Morena inserted and removed before and I’ve have three babies by C-section so I’m no stranger to pain. I can say not only was the procedure done roughly, the inside of my vaginal wall was pinched by the instruments. I yelped in pain. I’m talking terrible! I left in tears. Another medical professional asked me if I was okay. I felt disoriented and confused. Everything the other reviews are true. The receptionist are rude, the wait is long, it’s difficult to get an appointment. They don’t call you to remind you etc. They lack compassion. When I went to the follow up equally as bad. Their process of checking to see if your iud is placed correctly is two part. That was explained. That’s too long to explain here, but just know that I walked out before I was seen by the ultrasound specialist. The room was small and uncomfortable. I didn’t have a place to put my clothes or purse. I literally put my shoes on and walked out. You shouldn’t have to put your trust in doctors that most likely care about your health and well being. As woman you can not afford that. I wouldn’t recommend this facility."
