"Dr Chen is fantastic. He is caring, knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. He has been a key reason why my wife has had a successful pregnancy. The front office isn't always clear about billing, but that's a problem with America's insurance system. We have never been over billed."

"I will hive Dr. Chen no star because he doesn't deserve it. He is a horrible professional. He is all about money. No time for patients, he hardly expend 5 min with you. My C section was a horrible experience with him. I got infected and had a cellulite because of his bad procedures. He didn't care about my health. I am glad I found a lovely and very profesional obstetrician, Astrid Mendoza in torrance."

"Dr. Chen is all about the money and not the care of his patients. He spends 2 minutes with you if your lucky. Doesn’t really care about your health or concerns. He will order test never remember he ordered them and doesn’t go over them unless you ask him about it. He forgets what he says and is so much in a rush he forgets to put his notes correctly. Make sure you have time when you do see him because you will be waiting an hour or more to see him. I felt he is one of the worse doctor I had experienced. I notice when they billed my insurance they billed for things he didn’t even do really disappointing. Please find a different doctor to see because I have complications after my D and C and he didn’t care. I have been bleeding for three months now non stop. The new doctor found cuts internally from the procedure. Even when I told Dr. Chen I was still bleeding and hurting.The only positive thing I have to say is Jennifer the office staff she is the only person who cares."

"Dr Chen is awesome! Needed an out-patient procedure done and he walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. After the surgery, he explained the results and even treated an ongoing issue that I've had that my primary care physician couldn't pin-point. Staff is great as well."

"I can't say enough great things about Dr. Chen. Thanks to him, I was able to have my daughter. I had miscarried prior to giving birth to my daughter, Dr. Chen understood my concerns and helped me through my pregnancy. His office took me in when I was early in my pregnancy where other places would not, which I think really helped me through my high risk pregnancy. I believe that if it weren't for him and his guidance, I wouldn't have been able to have my daughter. He is an amazing doctor and I couldn't have chosen a better doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen."
