Reviews
"The Staff has no compassion and manner toward to pregnant patients. They don’t know how they supposed to treat the patients. Every patients have a right to get the medical service either they have an issue with insurance. They can take care of the issue after service, but this place care about the insurance coverage more than pregnant patients to get service first for their first trimester check up. They have no sense of sympathy or understanding of patients as medical personnel. I wouldn’t recommend to people to go here with the current staff unless they get a proper train how to treat patients right. They are unprofessional and rude. We all get stress from work but they have no right to express that feeling towards to ‘especially pregnant patients’"
"First off, the providers here get 5 stars. I love Dr. Naghi, and the nurse practitioners are wonderful. I don’t know Dr. Marshall super well but she seems great. I even like the front office staff. They are wonderfully courteous when they greet me, set up appointments, etc. For reference, I have been going to this office for 4+ years, and did all my OB care with 2 babies (although one was delivered in the middle of the night by the on-call doc, not Dr. Naghi). Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple experiences here that have prompted me to write this review. This office has an erroneous, anti-mother and anti-breastfeeding policy of asking people to not bring ANYONE to their visits. This includes asking new mothers not to bring their babies in to postpartum visits. I believe this is due to Covid-19, and initially was probably out of an abundance of caution, but now it’s February 2022, we understand more about the virus, and there is little chance of a 6-week old baby giving anyone Covid from 6 feet away. Even if the baby could spread the virus, it is not in the best interest of the baby and mother to be separated for a long time. To put into context, my baby is exclusively breastfed and doesn’t take a bottle (no matter how hard I try). He was 6-weeks old when I brought him in with me and was told I couldn’t have him at the office. I was asked to wait in the hallway, which is fine, but the receptionist told me today at a follow up, not to bring him again. I could tell she was embarrassed to make this silly request. (Again, what a policy.) I can leave him home with a babysitter, but I have 30 minutes travel time to and from the office (so 1 hour total). If you’re counting, that means I can only spend 1 hour at the office and get back in time to my hungry baby. They are pretty good at the office about seeing patients quickly, but things happen, and I have waited over an hour to be seen before. The office could remedy this by having a room for mothers with babies to wait in, or asking the mother with the baby to wait in the hallway until the exam room is ready. Example: “hi Paige! Good to see you! Oh, you brought the new baby! How cute! Why don’t I bring a chair into the hallway for you, and you can wait there with the baby until the exam room is ready.” But asking moms not to bring their babies, and shaming them when they do, is not the way. I am not asking to bring my toddler in, just a newborn. Hoping someone at the office can see this review, and think about what this policy does to tender moms in a difficult, emotional postpartum period."
"He is a great doctor & his nurses are wonderful too! He saw me through my 2nd pregnancy & I’ll never go to anyone else again if I can help it. Haha, he didn’t deliver my baby though, because she came 14min after arriving at the hospital! The wait times can be long sometimes, so I only do early appointments."
"I've had so far the BEST experience with dr Naghi, 3 years ago 2014, he took care of us my son who's 3 now and myself. He's dedicated, caring and very respectful, now I came back to him since I'm pregnant again, and it just gets better and better. He takes his time with patient one on one. And helps with any questions or concerns you might have. His staff is A+++ Awaome. Love this place. Thanks Naghi and staff for all your support."
