"It's a major bummer to write this, as this doctor was highly recommended by a friend and seemingly has positive Google reviews. Possibly, Dr. Singh confused me with another patient, but that is also concerning. The first time I saw Dr. Singh was for a routine pap smear. It was the fastest pap smear I've ever had. During my telehealth visit to discuss my results, she said that I needed to go see a specialist and that I had little to no cervix left. As a 27 year old woman, mother to a 11 month old and wanting more kids in the future, to be told I have little to no cervix left was very alarming. I asked her how this could be true, as I successfully just carried my daughter, and she said that the cervix can change...She reiterated I needed to see a specialist. My husband is a doctor and said unless she had done a full exam or an ultrasound, there is no way she could provide any information regarding my cervix. Thankfully, Dr. Mirhashemi, the specialist, was fantastic! He did a thorough examination of my uterus and cervix and said it was perfectly fine...and very much there...and can carry more babies in the future. I spent 12 days in between her apt and the specialist worrying about what she had said. When I messaged her about it, she had a response that didn't answer my question and was a long run-on sentence with no punctuation. To top it off, I spoke to his NP today and my results from the colposcopy he did were completely negative and no abnormal findings. I have no idea if my pap smear from Dr. Singh was contaminated or what, but it was a bad experience."
