"Her staff is absolutely beyond rude. I get Covid backed things up but every other office has been able to get themselves back on track except this one. I called in august or September but was only able to leave a voicemail. MONTHS later they called me back & scheduled an appt about 6-7 months ahead. I said okay no problem, I understand & since it is just a check up, I don’t mind the wait. Fast forward to tosay, I called the office because I realized my menstrual cycle will start at the time of the appt. I explained the situation to which the staff was rude/cold & annoyed that I called. Instead of trying to work with me she basically told me I can see the nurse practitioner at the end of July or god knows when for the doctor. Doctor hasn’t opened her schedule and they aren’t sure when. No waitlist or anything. So what, am I suppose to call daily and ask for an appt? For the first time in my life, I lost my temper with a doctors office. I don’t recommend this office. God forbid if I actually had a medical issue and needed to see the doctor."
