"The staff is so friendly and they made me feel comfortable. I've only visited their office maybe twice and they already remembered my name by my 3rd visit. And Dr. Ramirez is super nice and he also makes you feel comfortable and is genuine when he asks if you have any questions. If you're nervous, he reassures you that everything will be fine and that he will do everything he can to figure out what's causing your ailment and the best way to fix it."

"I was not really satisfied with Dr. Ramirez because he always in a hurry and not taking his time listening to my concern he talks really fast and he's in a hurry to see the other client in the next room. He does not explain the problem really well."

"Only saw the Dr. 3x throughout my pregnancy. First visit, last visit and postpartum, i seen his PA all the other visits. I had a complete stranger delivery my baby because they "work in a network". Whats the point of choosing a Doctor if you never get to see them! Disappointing Also i could over hear the office staff making fun of my poor choice of words from inside my exam room after they had asked who had delivered my baby, because i honestly had no idea who the Doctor was or her name, i referred to her as "some Asian lady" not to be rude, i just had no clue what her name was and did my best to describe her."

"Dr. Ed Ramirez is by far one of the most outstanding doctors I have seen. I have seen quite a few doctors. In my opinion, his professional demeanor is unique. Dr. Ramirez bed-side manners are top-notch. He is exceptionally thorough, attentive, caring, he is very calm, listens without interrupting and is always positive. He takes his time and I never feel rushed out of his office. However, he understands we all are on tight schedules so he makes every second count. The wait time is almost none. Dr. Ramirez is knowledgeable and ensures that I leave his office understanding any questions I may have. I feel at ease asking him questions that concern me. He is personable, reliable, a kindred soul. There is no doubt in mind he is hands- down one of the best doctors out there. I consider him an extraordinary brilliant doctor. He is the same way with my daughter who feels comfortable with Dr. Ramirez. I won't gamble my health or my daughters by seeing anyone else. I live about two hours away from his office and he is well worth the drive. Last but definitely not least, his staff! Always helpful, always pleasant, very caring, always available. When they say they will take care of something you better believe they do. Never rude, never short. Extremely professional!!! I never feel like I'm bothering any of his staff. His staff...a reflection of Dr. Ramirez."
