"I just want to thank Danny so much. We have seen a drop in quality of hay over at The Wharf, ever since their supplier switched. It was an orchard/timothy mix, but the hay would be yellow and extremely dusty. We looked everywhere for an alternative feed store within a reasonable distance. Timothy has become out of the question due to the poor quality across the board with farms, local or out of state. If it weren't for American Hay & Mercantile, we'd be paying a fortune to ship orchard mini bales to us. We're an in-home guinea pig rescue with, currently, thirteen guinea pigs. It's always a joy to call and come in with Danny there. I guess we're regulars now."

"I shop there quite often. I have had bad experiences with other feed stores; the customer service is lacking. But, at American Hay they are helpful, very caring of all animals and never rude. People come in and chit-chat. We are made to feel cared for. Insulting staff might have to do more with the problem of the customer. I don’t want to shop anywhere else."
