"I've been seeing Dr. Charmian Dresel-Velasquez for 3 years and today asked to be assigned a different doctor. Each time I visit she is running at minimum 45 minutes behind. "we re running just a little behind". Um, no, 45 minutes is not 'just a little behind' 10 minutes qualifies as 'just a little behind'. Once in a room, both she and her team are disorganized, to the point that they don't have heads or tails about my health, updates, charts or medication I am no. QUITE ALARMING! I went in for what I thought was a procedure for my appointment today, and it was not, it was for a check up. Bedside manner is even worse. When I asked how come that's the case, Dr. Charmian Dresel-Velasquez had the audacity to lecture me how I need to keep up with my health records. I just checked my MyChar account and it was HER negligence that caused this, and now she's lying to my face. Furthermore, she responds to one of my questions with 'I do not want to get into an argument with you about this' and using attacking verbiage was not comforting at all. "I'm not arguing, I'm trying to get information and understand what is happening" I responded. I don't need a lecture, I need a Dr. who is true to their word and a good communicator. I hope my next visit in a few weeks is above par."

"Dr. Chairman Dresel-Velasquez is the best OBGYN doctor Ever!!! She was there when my high risk pregnancy required an emergency cecerian, and my regular OBGYN was not available. I was so scared to trust a new doctor but in all honesty she saved both my life and my baby's life. Additionally the incision she made healed perfectly that it's not noticeable. Three years later when I developed endometriosis, she cleared it out and made me feel better. Anytime I am not feeling well she checks in on me and is the sweetest, most informative doctor who will try her hardest for each patient. I absolutely love this doctor."
