"Dr. Sungurlu demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise in Gynecology. Her deep knowledge and skillset was evident throughout the entire process, giving me confidence and reassurance in the care I was receiving. "Dr Sungurlu. Was a great dr. for 9 months…. And that was all. She did not deliver my baby. And never once followed up with me of WHY she didn’t deliver my baby even though she was at the hospital when My husband and I walked in… she looked at us like what were we doing in the hospital.. my husband and I were very unhappy with that response she gave us. Another Dr. stepped in and was a blessing took care of us. Never did Dr. Sungurlu come in and checked on us and let us know we were in good care. She had lots of information to give on pregnancy. She wasn’t pushy which I liked. She took her time and answered my questions."

"Every step of the way, my experience with Dr. Sungurlu and her office has been careless, awful and stressful. During my first appointment I felt as thought she did not want to listen to my concerns, but rather rush on to whatever she felt was more important. That being only one appointment I decided to give her another chance, but felt the same way after my second. Also, upon being diagnosed with a lifelong condition I was not given adequate information or care. She spurted out four facts, and gave me a pamphlet that had a few sentences on the topic. Additionally, I was given incorrect information so that the effectiveness of a treatment schedule was diminished...and then I was blamed for the discrepancy. Lastly, I have experienced more appointment cancellations (excluding the ones for her maternity leave) than at any other doctor's office I've been a patient at. I believe finding supportive healthcare is incredibly important and don't take leaving a review like this lightly. I honestly wish I could provide a zero star review for the care I have received."
