"I've read the reviews from others...especially the complaints. In my opinion, I don't see the issue. First, the price...to me 19 bucks (for the first time, sign up for an account, which is free, each subsequent visit is 17 bucks and your 10th visit is free) is very reasonable. Especially considering they provide shampoos, aprons and towels. And speaking of towels...yes, the towels are threadbare and raggedy...but don't most of us use old towels for pets? If you're someone who is using good quality towels for your pet...you're likely affluent enough that 19 dollars for a wash service shouldn't be an issue. As for the facility itself...it's not sparkling shiny and new. It looks like most apartment laundry rooms. Well used equipment that looks like it's seen better days, but still clean and functional. I could go on...but will close with this...if you have high expectations you'll be disappointed as this is not a luxury pet facility...it's a simple and useful place with a friendly staff and...they don't have a timer on you...take the time you need to bathe your furry family member. Anyway, that's my take...it's worth the price."
"This is such a great place to take my little dog for a bath. They provide the shampoos and towels and a good, gentle hair dryer. I'm disabled, and they help get him in and out of the washing tub, all at a very reasonable price."
"It was $19 to bathe my dog here. The bathing tub was clogged full of hair (from I assume the last customer), all of the provided shampoos are COMPLETELY watered down, the drying towels are tattered and barely absorbent, the facility is dirty and doesn’t appear regularly maintained. Used to come here a couple years ago and it was pretty much the same, however much cheaper, so it was tolerable. At this point, I’ll just pay a groomer to bathe my dogs. Why would I pay a premium to hurt my back, get dirty, and have a somewhat clean pet?"
"I walked in with my pooch to get her nails clipped, which is not something she has normally needed so she hasn't been clipped much. John, the young man grooming stopped with his groom and clipped her nails, actually he used a Dremel file and she did so good. Another dog came in and she was more focused on that than being bothered by her manicure. :). Great low-key joint that also has a self-serve dog washing station. Pricing was reasonable."
