"I worked at this location. Pharmacist Meron Tedla was one of the most racist, discriminating people I have ever worked with. She has this fake nice demeanor about her but she will show you her real colors really quick. If you want a positive experience, go to another pharmacy."

"Avoid this location at all cost. The system let me book a vaccine appointment at 1:45PM. I arrived on time and just found the pharmacy closed due to lunch until 2PM. Not happy but things happen. I waited until 2:10PM when they’re back from lunch. However they said I have to make an appointment again due to their mistake of taking appointment with me during their lunch time. This made me mad as I have been waiting for 30 minutes and they can’t honor my appointment. I told them since I’m already at the location, I can wait a bit longer to have my vaccine done and they rejected. If you don’t want to be treated like this, avoid this location as they don’t know how to do business or just don’t care."

"Avoid this location! Shop anywhere else but this store. Complete and total lack of customer service at this location. If it feels like there's nobody managing it, it feels like there's no supervision, and the employees here do not care about the customers. Total and complete management failure at this location. For example, they always close early, and the employees just choose to leave whenever they want. They pretend that the system is down, but there's no job I'm aware of where there's a computer error and you just get to go home two or three hours early. What happens if the computer turns back on in 5 minutes? Also, when you go to the Walgreens that is less than 2 mi away from this location during the "Nationwide system outage" that the employees claim is happening, the other Walgreens is open and working and checking people out. I don't like being lied to, but the employees here do it all the time."

"A customer and I just walked in and there was NO ONE anywhere in the store. It was so odd. He left his purchases at the register and walked out. So did I. Terrible customer service. So incredibly frustrating. Drove long way to get there and absolutely no one working in photo. Total mess behind the counter. My photos not ready. I don’t have time to go home and come back. So disappointing. And frustrating. Now someone won’t get their gift…. This location needs some staff."

"They lied to me. We visited this Walgreen branch for passport photo service. The person at photo corner could not handle the camera and asked us to come back in the evening as another person who can deal with it would be available then. We returned as they said but nobody showed up for 10 minutes even if I pressed the service request button. After 10 minutes with another button call, finally a lady showed up but only told me that they cannot do the passport photo as they were behind the schedule for other stuffs. Actually she is the store manager there but did not honor what they said to their customers. Fortunately, I was lucky to find a CVS branch and they addressed my request immediately and finished the process in 5 minutes. I still do not understand why they (even the store manager) cannot spare 5 minutes to a customer they made a promise with at Walgreen. I hope there is nothing wrong with their customer service protocol, writing to the customer service contact and my friends through Linkedin."
