"The pharmacy denied me my pain meds after brain surgery ... told me my insurance won't cover it cause it's to high a dosage ... My insurance said it's covered no problem the pharmacist just does not want to give it to me!!! She's like oh you took this medication back in June yeah for a diffrent surgery for only a few days. It's a crime to have multiple surgerys In a year apparently !!"

"Can someone PLEASE reinvent the pharmacy experience. It’s SO bad and I would pay 5x more for a better experience. This one captures the exact issue. Horribly rude staff, won’t pickup the phone (hangs up on you when you do get someone), totally disorganized and short tempered staff."

"If I could give -10 I would! This place is next to useless. They are understaffed, they're inefficient, and every time I go there it's a long wait, when you get to the counter you're lucky if your prescription is ready or even in their queue. I called their store today on 8-30-23, I was on the phone for 2 hours and when I was finally up, my call was disconnected from their end. I drive down there and they're closed because their staff didn't show up. (The whole freaking staff!)No warning on there call waiting about this. Wasted 2 hours of my precious time and was unable to pick up medicine I needed for a lung infection. This place is the absolute worst!"

"Waiting on another long line on my third attempt to pick up a prescription. Now that I'm completely out of meds, I have to wait. Photos are from two different attempts with at least 10 minutes per person wait. If you can go somewhere else, do it! This place is terrible."
