"I can neveeeeeeeer get through to the pharmacy. Ever. “We’re sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we’ll be with you shortly.” Hold on to what? My patience? Reading other reviews, this has been an ongoing problem for years. Update: the best way to get through to pharmacy is to call the store and tell them you want to be transferred to pharmacy because you’ve been on hold for an hour."

"I took my mom to the ER ... they prescribed some medications. Ibuprofen and a lidocaine patch. They made her wait 2 hours!!! They have 2 chairs there. There are multiple elderly people that go there early because it takes so long. She has a herniated disc. So it's very painful for her to walk home and then back to the pharmacy. They knew this. Why... for the love of GOD... does it take 2 hours to give someone 30 pills and a patch?? They are not compounding these meds. They literally just count them and slap a sticker on the bottle. If they are short staffed.... then walgreens should fix that issue. Also... they do not post the fact that they take lunch collectively. They ALL take lunch at the same time... for 1 hour. I believe it's 1 to 2pm. Other walgreens do not do this."

"I hate this pharmacy. The employees must be completely over worked because I can never get them on the phone to see if a prescription can be filled or has been filled. My regular Walgreens pharmacy in San Francisco is great. Unfortunately, they can't mail one of my meds. So I have to use this one. I called them 5 times today. The longest wait was 1 hrs-32 min-7seconds. Unacceptable."

"It's a quite small store but still has many things. It's all very festive and sells things according to the holidays . Some things are a bit expensive and others are really cheap . The line is usually never long at all and service is pretty nice and fast . I enjoy coming to walgreens for a quick look or buy . Its always nice to buy things when they're on sale . obviously"
