"I never post reviews but this pharmacy really rates one if it saves someone else from the experience I had. Absolutely horrible, inept pharmacy. If you have Covid, do not get your Paxlovid prescription filled here. They don't answer the phones and the only callback I got from them stated (erroneously) that there was a problem with my insurance (Medicare + secondary) and they couldn't fill it. It took 24 hours and many phone calls but I finally got it filled at Costco (with no insurance issues). My father was a pharmacist with a "real" drugstore (and free delivery) so I know what they should be like ("used" to be like). This is just dismal. It should be closed down. Go anywhere but here, even if it's a further drive."

"Super slow and disorganized. There are massive delays even when you have appointments. I was here for a flu shot with an appointment and they asked me to wait 45 mins! Like for what? I ended up leaving. When i was here for my drive thru covid test i was at the window for 50 mins. There was no one at the pharmacy, so don’t know what the delay was for. Super slow people at the pharmacy..would recommend going to the pinole location instead. Not super great but a tad better than this location."

"Seems like they’re chronically understaffed. Prescriptions are often delayed because they’re out of stock and if you try to call for an update expect at least a 20 minute hold AND multiple times I’ve had the hold hang up on me only to have to start over again…. There are a few staff here who are consistently helpful but at this point I’d rather drive an extra 20 min to find a more reliable pharmacy."

"Joanna at the register on Sunday around 1130am is super nice and such a great employee!! I needed something price checked and she needed the manager to do a price check because the item wasn't scanning even though she tired Multiple ways to get the price. She was very nice and helpful, unlike the manager! The manager working that same time was so rude to the employee so I could tell this great employee is under appreciated. So leaving this review I hope Joanna gets the praise she deserves!"
