"This review is not for the doctor. I wish I could provide a review for the doctor herself, as she sounds like a great OBGYN, however I was never able to receive her services... The unprofessionalism displayed by the receptionist desk was abhorrent at best, riddled with a lot of disorganization on their end. I had an appointment with Dr. Zeidburg back in August but was called a few days before that appointment, only to be told that she was not going to be available. That's fine I suppose. So I rescheduled for a later date (today) at 1:30 pm [Which I placed on multiple calendars while on call with the receptionist]. My second red flag occurred yesterday when the receptionist called to confirm my appointment. I was told that my appointment with Dr. Zeidberg was going to be at 11:45 am, not 1:30 pm, as that would not work because they supposedly had a half day on Friday... That threw off my entire schedule and I frantically tried to adjust my schedule, which I was able to do. My third and final red flag was this morning. Approximately 4 hours before my appointment was supposed to begin, I get a call from the clinic's receptionist desk to let me know that the doctor was not going to be available and had to perform a surgery during my scheduled appointment. This is the second time this clinic did this to me! If the doctor is going to perform a surgery, do not schedule an appointment for that time! It's not rocket science. This clinic could benefit with their staff being retrained to be more empathetic, cordial, and organized. Especially, when it comes to patients that need a procedure done sooner rather than later."

"Dr. Zeidberg is a wonderfully skilled ob/gyn who helped me through an ectopic pregnancy a few years ago and the delivery of my first child this year via c-section. She is always open, honest and supportive. Her staff is lovely and always polite, and her office is welcoming for patient’s, their children and spouses or support people. Her parking lot is small but her heart is big. If I have anymore children I will definitely be seeing her again! I’ve had 11 surgeries now, and have a horrible fear of drs but never once was I anxious or scared visiting her. She was always really diligent about accommodated my many (MANY) allergies, and planning for any accommodations I may need because of my past medical history. Overall, just a wonderful experience."

"I want to be honest, after reading several reviews I was not sold at all. I tried to schedule appointments with other offices but had to give in and see Dr. Z. Can I say, I was pleasantly surprised. I have been a patient for over a year and she delivered my sweet baby boy. Although I believe every disappointed patient review has a place, I think it is important to think about what you value in a OB. Yes, there are times when your appointment may have to be rescheduled or you may have to wait a little longer to be seen (which does not happen very often), but what are you trading for that? Think about why these things might happen. My initial hesitance was because of these two reason, but after my first visit and follow-on care, I understood why. Dr. Z explained upfront that these situations might happen--she is the only doctor in her practice. When a baby is coming, she may need to leave--these things usually cannot be planned and if you are a soon-to-be mom under her care, you would want her to be there for you when your baby decides "it's time". She will give you personalized care and does not treat you, your baby or spouse like a number. My spouse has often been dismissed when it comes to medical care for myself or children, but she made sure he felt welcome and part of the experience. I was able to have one of the most amazing delivery experiences ever. This is what I want from someone who is responsible for some of my most private areas and most sentimental times. She is gentle, caring and treats everyone like a member of her family, including her staff. Also, her front staff has changed since many of the previous posts were made and the women who are there now are delightful. Some patients can be rude and impatient, as in any customer service type environment, but the staff still tries to communicate and accommodate them. Who you choose as your OB is a personal choice and reviews, including mine, can help to inform your decision only so much. Everyone's experiences are not the same and everyone wants different things. You must think about what you value, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. ZEIDBERG!"

"Have had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen when I have arrived on time for appointments. Social distancing isn't applied and when I needed a call back because my illness had not gotten better with antibiotics... I was told by the front staff that the doctor would get back to me. It's been five days and no word. I've left messages on their answering machine. The doctor herself is lovely. But apparently the operation isn't very organized and I won't be returning. I also have another friend who is pregnant and started at this office. She had to wait THREE hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment."
