"The camera is of poor quality, it frequently disconnects from the Wi-Fi connection and if you try to contact customer support they simply ghost you. I've sent multiple emails to them and all have been automatically closed, pending a response that I gave them days before. It says it will reopen if I respond to the most recent email so I do that too and I still hear nothing back. If you know what's good for you then you will avoid this garbage company. There are plenty of cameras on the market for a fraction of the price that actually work."
