"The website says you can walk in for some basic services like nail trimming. This is a lie, they still require you to make an appointment. So that was the first time I failed to get my dogs nails trimmed. I made an appointment for the next day. This time they said her nails don't need to get trimmed and she is too anxious for a nail trimming. After getting some education from my vet regarding her nails short and and getting good reviews from multiple other groomers who have trimmed her nails before I have come to the conclusion that these people are disorganized, not very experienced, and are uncomfortable taking care of large dogs. I will not be coming back here and I do not recommend their grooming services at this location."
