"This review is for the staff of Dr. Khatri. While the doctor herself is great and I really liked her, I will be switching PCPs because of the rude and incompetent front desk staff. I have been out of my medication and have been calling to get a refill. My refill was denied so I call and call and keep getting voicemails. They never answer. Finally I get a call back from the staff and she says I have to make an appt for later this month and I said that's fine but will you still refill my prescription in the meantime? And she kept saying I have to make an appt without answering my question. So of course I got frustrated and told her I haven't had my medicine in 2 weeks!! And she tells me to "calm down" and when I said "don't tell me to calm down, I need my medicine! I have every reason to be frustrated!" she hung up on me. And because they have called ID, I called back several times and was sent to voicemail every time. So at this point, not only will I be leaving reviews EVERYWHERE explaining my experience, but I will also be filing a complaint with the state medical board, and will also speak to some advocacy programs. You don't mistreat patients, you don't mess with their health, this is insane. Unfortunately, I did like Dr. Khatri but her incompetent and rude staff is causing her to not only lose me as a patient but I'm sure many others as well."
