But she's also detail oriented and great with people. She has helped me resolve a few tedious requests/issues that I've had over the past year and she always does it with a lot of patience and kindness. The other staff members are wonderful as well. Top notch customer service and my dog is so much happier and healthier when eating the fresh chicken and rice."
