"I would not recommend Dr Ge for those who value natural birth experiences. She pushes for C-section births, admitting (actually bragging) that 33% of her births are delivered by C-section. This is in contrast to Europe's average of 10%. She initially assured that a natural birth was possible, but only two weeks before due date, she changed it up, and said she would recommend a C-section, but it was up to us. She pointed to two minor factors (she admitted they were minor) that had existed the entire time. After we expressed hesitancy about a C-section, she said if we wanted a natural birth, we would need to find another Doctor. This was only a week before the due date. During the C-section, she was rushed and rough, as she tried to cram at least 3 C-sections into a small window of time. She tried to rush us out of the post-op room to make way for yet another C-section. The nurses protested, and then complained behind her back (to me) that Dr Ge is always trying to cram too many C-sections in, and she doesn't allow the patients to recover. They said she pushes for C-sections because she can schedule them in the day, and not have to get up in the middle of the night for a long delivery, unplanned. She also would rather a "safe" C-section than a natural birth with complications, even if the recovery is much harder with the C-section. This is because she wants to avoid getting "dinged" for complications. During the post-op period, she was dismissive of concerns, arrogant, mocking, and unhelpful. Otherwise, she's fine."

"I am a new patient, I went from Morgan Hill to here, drive 55mims and there has a car accident in the free way and I was 2 mins later. I received a phone called when I was circling first for 5 mins try to find a parking spots, they told me they have to cancel my appointment coz I am later. By taking almost one hour dealing with traffic and parking lot, I received a supper rude call to tell it is my fault because I was later for 2 mins and they have to cancel my appointment and reschedule it. I decided wast my time again."

"Dr Ge is very detail oriented and gives clear instruction. She gives time and patience to my questions whether for office visit or PAMF internal messages. She is very caring and with good bedside manner. I had very good experience with her throughout my pregnancy, delivery(cesarean) and other OB visits. As for other reviewer's comment on cesarean recommendation, I believe it is group practice adopted by PAMF fremont obgy. My son was 8 days overdue and with no sign of natural delivery, therefore, to reduce risk for newborn, i had C section from Dr Ge. Even other doctor comments on how clean/small the cut is."
