"Dr. Hsia was my Obgyn during my first delivery. I do not think it gets much personal than trusting a doctor with your very own pregnancy. Unfortunately for me Dr. Hsia wrote me an unprovoked message of crazy accusations based on what her staff said about their interactions with me. Mind you I was 6 months pregnant sitting on the couch at night time while I got this extremely unprofessional message. She put me in a very uncomfortable situation because who wants to find a new provider when they are already so far along. I hope others can be aware of my experience and stay away from physicians that are so quick to point figures especially when it comes to their own patients. I found her to be impatient, offensive and aggressive. Are we in high school? Because that is what it felt like being her patient, also your staff should be more compassionate about what is going on with a patient rather them to blame a patient. Stay away if you want to avoid unnecessary drama at a VERY intimate time of your life. Do better."

"As a physician, I would recommend Dr. Hsia to my friends and family. Dr. Hsia routinely spent extra time with us to answer my wife's questions and made sure she was comfortable at every point during her pregnancy. On the day of my wife's C-Section, I had to pleasure of observing Dr. Hsia's surgical expertise and willingness to make sure to close in a fashion which left a minimal scar. I am very happy we found Dr. Hsia and I hope she delivers our second child in the future. I can't give a more shining review."

Her office is a bit busy though, I recommend ask for less busy hours in your visit."

"Dr. Hsia is my OBGyn at PAMF, and she helped me throughout my pregnancy. She is literally the best OBGyn I could have asked for. She is super patient, kind, and extremely knowledgable. During each visit, she answered all my questions thoroughly, and helped guide me through all necessary tests. She always made me feel comfortable and well informed. I was lucky enough to have her during my labor/delivery hospital visit as well. "I had extremely bad experience with her. She is the kind of Dr that will not listen to the patient's desire; dosen't respect patient's right in non emergency treatments, gives wrong advices regards my other pregnancy complications, has poor infection control and always runs late (1-2hrs) for her appointments plus 25-30 mins waiting in reception area. When I wanted to switch to other OB, she and the receptionists at PAMF Mountain View center blocked my access and options to seeing other ob or nurse practitioner in the same facility even though they are aware that I am just a month from my due date and need prenatal care and monitoring."
