"I cannot thank Dr. Massa enough. She was the on call OBGYN when we were delivering. We had pushed for 2 hours with little progress. She came in, and quickly readjusted me and the repositioning was miraculous! I only pushed 3 more times before the baby was ready to come out and it did in 30 minutes! She really knew her anatomy and how to help patients. We were so desperate and thought it was going to be a c-section. On the other hand, the nurse we had was really ineffective at guiding us at pushing; she didn’t even time the contraction properly numerous times. Dr. Massa then calmly navigated 2 more complications for us - umbilical cord wrapped around the baby’s neck and my disintegrated Placenta weren’t detaching from the Uterus. What a skilled doctor. Recommend her 110%. Also people should stop leaving negative reviews about a doctors office scheduling challenges. So misleading. She’s obviously a great doctor."

"I made an appointment with Dr. Massa 2 weeks ago for today at 1pm. Her office called me this morning around 9:30am to cancel the appointment with no explanation. They then told me the next available appointment would be 2-3 weeks from now and she wouldn't be extending office hours next week to accommodate any of the patients she canceled on last minute. OB/GYNs are usually booked for months and had I known, I could've spend the past 2 weeks looking for someone else. This is the most unprofessional encounter I've had with a healthcare practitioner (especially prior to meeting them) and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone else."
