"Dr. Susan Crowe is a very kind, well-mannered, professional, and easy to deal with as a doctor. One thing that impressed me the most is her listening skills to her patient and her caliber knowledge about her job. She knows what she is really doing as a doctor and I witnessed how she showed her critical thinking when my body is still responding the pain despite that I already have an epidural. She noticed that my body doesn't need Pitocin because my body was contracting naturally. I met 3-4 different doctors during my prenatal check up but for me she is the best. Coincidentally she was one of the doctors in the labor and delivery unit and I was there for my induction. She recognized me. I felt her extra miles care. Before her shift ends she came to my room again to informed me for other great doctors that are on duty that day. It means that I have nothing to worry.
