"I called them on behalf of my husband to make an appointment. They received a referral from our primary care doctor because an ultrasound showed a tumor on his bladder. They told me that they needed to get more information so I called the primary care doctor and asked them to do that. Then I called the urologist office again and was told they received the information. But I would have to wait until it was looked over and we would receive a call back in a day or two. That was Wednesday and now it’s Friday and there was no call. This is totally unacceptable!"

"I waited 45 minutes past my appointment after they canceled my first appointment setting me back another two weeks just for him to give a basic rush answer and give me attitude after I was trying to explain a difference of opinion from another medical examiner who said it's been so many years since the last check-up on it that you probably want to go this route after a rare flare up... Won't be going back, that's for sure."
