"The hydrogen fueling station here had been very unpredictable the past few times. Today I started checking at 4pm and it was showing offline for an hour. Upon calling customer service I was told they had plenty of fuel and to go. I was not able to check again till 7pm and it seemed to be online and available. When I got there 2 cars ahead of me seemed to take a long time and then left. So they had issues with fueling. When I drove up I was able to start but it took 15 minutes! This is the longest its ever taken. Usually 5 mins and complete. Please check and service this and make sure the app works so folks are not running out of fuel. We need more stations all around the neighborhood..Tustin, Irvine, West Irvine, Lake Forest. Thanks!"

"FYI for parents/legal guardians processing a passport for a minor. The minor must be present at the time of application! Wish I knew this beforehand, so save yourself a extra trip"
