"The midwives are amazing, the doctor and office, not so much. I was pressured to take a medicine that I refused multiple times (with shaming from the doctor), and it was later recalled by the FDA (so glad I refused). Beyond that, the billing in the office is very unresponsive. I paid cash for an appointment in 2021 that was supposed to be reimbursed as they billed my insurance, and they refuse to reimburse me. I have called no less than 20x, and have spoken to their billing person from 2021 and 2022, both of whom say they are waiting on the doctor. The latest call I made on 12/7, I spoke to Mary, now two weeks ago, and of course they never called me back despite claiming they would. I would avoid this office if you can."

"I would give a 0 star if I could. Absolutely worst experience ever. I was seen in January to get an IUD replacement. They said they would order one and let me know when it’s in. I never heard from them. My insurance was ending so I called back at the start of June and they gave me excuses as to why I was never contacted said their office doesn’t take my pharmacy and I need to be seen in their Healdsburg office. I let them know about my insurance and the time crunch. They said they would try to get me in before my insurance ended. I never heard back from them. I called them twice with no success!!! Totally unacceptable to treat a patient like this."

"I made my appointment in September 2022 due to my doctor retiring and wanted to be out of the Healdsburg hospital experience so that my free annual visits wouldn't cost me hundreds of dollars. I was referred to modern woman, transferred my records and scheduled an appointment for June 27, 2023. A few weeks back I received a notification that the practice moved to the hospital. I called immediately and expressed my frustration and they told me to give it a try and that I'd love the Doctor. I didn't get a reminder phone call, email, or text, so I called to verify my appointment due to being about an hour away and they told me the doctor is not in on Tuesday... Why was my appointment made on a Tuesday? Why does the website say they are open Monday through Friday? Why did they waste my time? Why did the representative verify my appointment just weeks ago?"
