"It would normally be a three-star review because hey it is just fast food but I happen to be fond of their grilled chicken sandwich and every time I ordered it it's been Good, the chicken was not hard or dry and there was a good deal of vegetables everything seemed fresh enough that I was happy. I cannot speak to the burgers this is purely happiness with the chicken sandwich review."

"Did a drive thru. Bought a Super Star combo. Requested NO CHEESE, but they made it with cheese. Had to walk in to get the hamburger replaced. I gave a 5 star rating because all the staff, the cook, and the manager apologized for the mistake. I felt it was a sincere apology. People, myself included, make mistakes and own up to it. I like that mentally!"

"I stopped by CJ's after a good while and the cashier Paloma's customer service was just amazing! Paloma was beyond nice and made sure my special requests were all correct. Food and service were amazing! Give this lady a raise and some recognition."

"Strange experience. We ordered 2 burgers in the drive through and were given a higher total, indicative of ordering 2 burgers and fries. When we were about to pull forward to the window to pick up our food the cashier told us to stop the car and we waited for about 5 min to pull forward. It was odd as there were no cars in front of us. Once we went to the window we were told a lower total and handed one burger. Luckily we checked the bag and corrected the order. They charged us more and gave us the second burger. It was just a strange experience. The burger was awful, it looked like someone sat on it and was extremely soggy. The lettuce was stringy it was so wilted. Really awful cheat meal."
