"It is now 1:06 a.m. 2/8/2024 on a cold rainy night. I went to this Carl's Jr. with low expectations, but I am totally shocked at how fresh and delicious this food is. I was only in the drive thru for like 5 minutes and there was someone in front of me. Although 14 dollars for a fast food combo is a bit expensive, I think it was very, very close to being worth it. Props to the chef and whoever else was working in there."

"Cashier did not greet me or help me. I had to tell him I had a mobile order. He proceeds to help other customers then tells me he can't do everything when I arrived he was not doing anything. Need to be trained on better customer service skills."
