"I requested a combo meal with 3 sides of ranch dressing. The lady at the window wanted to argue over the amount of ranch that I requested. I'm not asking for this for free I am willing to pay for the additional sauce. Instead of accommodating my request she wished to argue. Carl's junior lost out on a $30 order over a 25 cent Ranch dressing. I just backed out of the drive through and went to McD's Yes, I am that petty if they wish to be that petty over 1 ranch."

"Never visit! What a terrible place. It really bugs me that places close before the time the post online. They were shutting a full hour before their declared store closing time in front of my face as I walked up. "Can I use the drive through?" (As that was still open for 2 hours) "No, you don't have a car...". WTAF. Never go there...."

"The cook later in the day (john) is great, makes everything fresh and good. Jordan in the front does a great job!"

"Staff is nice. CJ hamburger meat is inedible. Fries were stale cold and tasteless but the gulls liked them LOL (see photos). Their Green Burritos selections, however, are actually very GOOD but too many red onions!"

"Im a regular and tonight's drive through was disappointing. I ordered the new BFC angus burger... and when I got it... they forgot the angus. I realize this when I get home. Im not going to drive back to complain... my time is worth more than that. I know we usually check if we have everything... straws, drinks, fries, etc... but now I have to check if the meat is in the burger? Ridiculous! Update 3/4/2020 went back to the carls jr and Sharon was the supervisor. She made it right by giving me the BFC angus thick burger free. Its pretty good with the beef. Thanks Sharon for making a customer satisfied."
