"The big fish is an absolute joke. Why use the word big just call it a fish sandwich be honest. It is the greasiest fish sandwich I ever had in my life parts of it. Taste like fish, jerky it so hard and crusty and tough to chew on.and they top it off with a sprinkle of lettuce the buns actually the only thing about the whole sandwich that's decent. It was so bad that if they were selling them for a dollar apiece I won't buy them."

"Ordered a sweet tea & they gave me an unsweetened tea. They told me NOTHING until I tasted & asked if they were out. They said they are out... then why didn't you tell me beforehand..?? Interaction was at drive thru. Fries were cold?? The melt burgers were horrible, the bread was soggy & broken apart. I've always loved burger king but this one is HORRIBLE! Pick a different fast food place, trust."

"Tonight 12/21/23 10:11pm, we approached the drive thru window with coupon codes to place orders. The cashier who took the order was not pleasant. Upon arrival to the window, she did not greet me. She said the amount then took payment. Later she demanded the coupons. Coupons were handed to her. She gave the order stuffed in one bag. Upon confirming the order, we noticed cheese on the burgers. I brought it to her attention. She replied, “I didn’t hear no cheese” she rolled her eyes and walked off. She later came back to the window demanding the burgers with cheese. I gave them to her. She closed the window then later returned with the burgers without cheese. The tomatoes on the whopper were soggy."

"Great place to save on food using coupons. No lines, and restrooms are available. The restaurant is clean, employees are helpful, and inside dining is allowed. Everyone who purchases food in this restaurant must show a proof of Covid-19 vacation."
