"UPDATE!!! I AM NOT HAPPY . I do give them credit for being good for the procedure, but i am mad at the lack of assessment of grafts needed. I asked if all this will fill in my hair and I was told absolutely. lets just say I had to go back 2 other times and have another 2700 grafts done by his old colleague downstairs. Talk about underestimating. could've solved this in 2 trips instead of 4. After my first visit to Dr Elliot 25 years ago, I reached out again to Dr Elliot. I was nervous going in because the technique was different. I had the FUE 2100 hair grafts done and it was so easy and comfortable, I made another appointment 4 weeks later for 700 hair grafts to lower and fill in my hairline. "I had an extremely bad experience with this outfit. To begin with I went in with the intention of addressing the balding spot on the crown of my head. I had a consultation with Dr. Elliot who agreed to the crown but also "up sold' me on touching up the front of my hair as well. (In hindsight I really did not need touching up in the front). So I agreed to 1500 grafts at $7500 in cost and set a date. i went with the FUE method and purposely grew out my hair so the donor area would be covered after the procedure. Dr. Elliot was late to arrive the day of my procedure, but the worst thing is he did not even do any transplants to my crown which is what I went in there in the first place! I pointed this out immediately after the procedure and Dr. Elliot says he went "pretty far" to the back of the head. (What he really meant is he screwed up and did not want to admit it.) He told me to contact his office in a few months and they could fix it. In addition they did a sloppy job of trimming my hair for the FUE method, and it was very noticeable that I had indeed had a transplant. I had the procedure done in October 2017, and now 1 1/2 years later I still have the same problem with my crown, not to mention there was no difference in the thickness in the front of my hair. What's worse however besides wasting $7,500 is that I have now lost those transplanted hairs which as we know cannot be replaced. I contacted Pacific Hair several times to try and resolve the issue but all my calls went ignored. This has been one of the worst experience I have had with a company. Hair transplants need to be done correctly by doctors that understand the importance of getting it done correctly. I would highly recommend staying away from this outfit and go with a more reputable company like Bosley. I wish I had."
