Jack's Urban Eats 2756 East Bidwell Street, Folsom, CA 95630

"Looks like I won’t be going to Jacks anymore. I’ve been coming here for years for the California cheesesteak sandwich and now they discontinued it??? So disappointed. Not only that, check out the photos I posted…that’s an urban fry….can anyone tell me what’s wrong these fry’s????? Where’s the “Urban”??????? I also asked for thinly sliced tri tip and they gave me normal thick slices!!!"

"We been customers for the past year or so. Went there 3 times in the past two weeks. 2 out of the 3 times, we have had two bad experiences. One where the meat was off (smell and taste). The other the turkey plate came out cold. Staff seem now to have a chip on their shoulder and any request to fix a mistake is a huge inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but don’t give me attitude when I nicely ask you to fix it. Won’t be giving them an another chance."

"Good is always good here. Always. You order at the counter and they deliver the food to your table. So, how can "service" get five stars? The entire staff is friendly, helpful, competent and genuinely nice people, that's how. There's nothing wrong with the atmosphere, but one goes for the great food, interesting menu and good people."

"First and last time there. Ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich and it had ZERO BBQ taste and the chicken was very dry. As far as the seating, I felt like it was a basic cafeteria. I could barely understand the woman taking the oder because she was looking down the whole time and had a very quiet voice."

"We ordered from jacks urban eats online and they gave us half a rotten avacado in our salad. Not even mixed in. Disappointed with our salad ordered online. Food was good though, just the salad."
