"The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they automatically attach the gratuity and another service charge to your bill if you have a big party in your group. No where in the place does it say at the front or the cashier area that the fees will be added. When asked to speak to the manager, our server said she wasn’t available. I love the food and the style, but will be our last time there. I don’t mind paying for our food and the tipping. So what happens if our service was terrible? You still pay for the gratuity regardless. By law, it should be displayed somewhere there, but the cashier even admits it’s not posted anywhere. But the service charge is where I am very upset about. What does the service charge cover? The server doesn’t know, the manager is unavailable and so who knows what it covers because it’s nowhere to be found. The server did say she gave me a discount of one of our meal of 10%, which you see it’s $1.90. I can find that in my spare change pile. I thought it was rude of her to say that, it was condescending."

"My partner and I recently discovered this adorable little Pancake spot. We had a pretty good experience there! The only downside was that it was a bit on the pricey side. However, I highly recommend trying their delicious Country fried steak breakfast meal. If they included a complimentary coffee with the meal, I would definitely consider going back. But all in all, the service was decent and the food was really tasty."

"Nothing fancy, but the service, food, and ambiance fits the purpose of a breakfast and lunch Diner similar to Norms. This is not the place if you want organic healthy food, but rather a place for good 'ole diner food. I'm giving this restaurant a five star mostly because of the service with a smile! The staff is very attentive! I ordered the International Sandwich, which is a BLT with turkey. It hit the spot! My husband ordered the patty melt. It was a bit greasy, but he said it was tasty! The bathrooms were very clean! Large parking lot adjacent, free."

"Met here with one of our friends for breakfast when we were in town and I must say this place definitely did not disappoint with the pancakes. They are nice, fluffy and thick. Definitely worth trying. I had the sirloin steak and eggs and that was pretty good. Would definitely come back again next time we’re in California."
