"Love this hotel, even though they don't have some amenities. Room, a little small. Bed comfortable, but towels a little thin for a Hilton garden. Staff friendly. Breakfast every morning to use up our credit. Lady at bar was good with our drinks. Our room was clean."

"The hotel is beautiful. It looks just like the online picture. The front reception desk was very welcoming. Bathrooms and bathrooms were both clean and made for anyone (business or vacationers) to enjoy. It truly gave me the 1920s vibe. Ok, now let's talk about what I didn't like (areas of improvement): 1) Not telling visitors how your room card is needed to swipe to get to your room. 2) $100 per day hold on your credit cards, so if you have a stay planned, take that into consideration for your budget. 3) As always, the food is basic and over price with a very little variety. 4) Bar closes at 11pm..yep, this is not a hotel for visitors. 5) Doors are closed at 11pm, so returning I did not know that, and the staff watched me struggle to understand why I couldn't get on and did nothing. Luckily, I figured it out. SO keep your card with you. If you lose it, yout out of luck. 6) Weird bathroom thing when you turn on the shower, the shower and the faucet runs at the same time, but the water runs warmer in the faucet..so hard to get the hot temperature I like. 7) The bar did not have a cocktail list, but the elevator listed the cocktails as available. The bar could only make a plain cosmo. Would I stay again? Yes, business ONLY, because it is near my company office for my meeting. But, as a vacationer, no. I felt like I was with my parents staying at a hotel."

"As a diamond member, I am saying please do not stay here. I had a very dirty bathroom and tried to check out after the 1st night and they tried to charge a $75 fee. I quickly showed the front desk the pictures (see below) they said there would be no fee. 1 say later I got my receipt and they charged me for 2 nights. I am still waiting for a call back to get my card charge reversed. Also- valet is $54! If you dont want to pay thay, its $13 in a really creepy parking garage."

"What a beautiful room. All new and fresh. Pretty bedding, great paint job including crown moulding, fresh carpet and new heavy room darkening drapes and sheers. There was a setee at the end of the bed and a work desk/chair. So many light fixtures that there was great illumination. Big screen tv worked great. Walk in closet. Bathroom had real stone and marble floors. There was no mold or mildew. I was really impressed. The in and out valet parking was wonderful with attentive staff. What a great experience to stay at a downtown hotel where it is top notch and in a great location, walkable to financial district."
