"Went to order for myself and my family because I had so much homework to do and it should be easy to get something for my kids to eat. After paying, I received partial my order, missing medium fries so I was asked to park ,no problem. I parked where they told me, waiting for 15 minutes and watched as people after me getting their order and leaving, so I decided to go in to see what was going on with my missing fries and ask if I could get fresh food since my food got cold. The "manager" I suppose because he was not dressed professional but just a tie on a t-shirt, he took a while to confirm and agree to give me fresh food and then I still continued to wait about 10 minutes or more. So upsetting, what is going on with this establishment, I worked there before and it wasn't as so neglectful and out of control as it is now."
