"If you read all the negative reviews, trust them about how you can never get a hold of anybody here. They never answer the phone, when you leave a message they never return the call. You’ll call the 1-800-State Farm number and they will send an urgent message to Albert which you are told he has 48 hours to respond to with no phone call back. If you need great service, this is not your agent."

"I would NOT recommend this Office to no body and here is why: 1 they never return the calls. 2- They added Renters Insurances and life Insurance to my policy without Even asking, and when I try to tell them. They stated since I answer a questions they ask me they thought I wanted both Insurance. 3- They can resolve an Issue I had regarding the State Farm credit card. In general, would not recommend this Office in my experience this is the worst Agent, I have deal with!!!!"
