Only had one claim for warranty on the wife’s scooter for a known issue the manufacturer should have been willing to cover (only two months out of factory warranty) and didn’t but the guys in claims were on top of approvals and had us on the road in no time."

I almost never see a blind denial of a claim, but rather a call from one of the claims team (Alan and Tony are the absolute best) to see how we can help the customer in some way.
