"Absolutely do not contact this facility unless you live within 45 miles they will flat out refuse to help your child or you. They just tell you to bad we will not and can not help you. Call closer to your area. We'll office you are the closet in my state to my location so thanks for Absolutely nothing. Just a disgrace. Save your time it does not matter if you are willing to travel every day or stay in a hotel thru the week for aba theropy."

"I don’t think anyone is rude , just Mis communication is Mis directed . Our daughters been going there on and off due to her being sick. They do work with parents and also the child’s needs . They also listen to the parents when we are concerned . Yes my anxiety is at ease but I most certainly wouldn’t say there rude . It depends on how communication gets directed and can be upsetting and confusing at times but 24-7 at ease when I email I get a message and specified information."

"In home services were great! Had an issue w 2 of the BTs, (one was caught on her phone & letting my child roam around & the other wouldn’t interact w my child her entire session) but other that, we loved all of the staff! I decided to transition my child to Centerpiece in Howard, but after 5 months I had to end services with Caravel due to safety concerns. My child came home with marks/bruises on his face on 3 or 4 different occasions, and each time the BT’s had no idea how the mark/bruise got there. 1 time an incident report wasn’t even written up nor did the BT notify me about the mark on his forehead..."

"The girls are great and Rachael is great. The problem with this place is the people that are running it, all they care is about is charging the insurance. Cierra especially seems very unprofessional and rude she is one of those people. Shows up at your house without notifying you. The woman is very disrespectful. She also had the audacity to cancel my son's services because he had a very bad flu for a week. In a way I'm glad it's over with caravel because I would hate to deal with Cierra again. I'm just warning others if you have to deal with her she's fake and rude. Cierra doesn't care about these kids."

"Start up services and assessment were great. We are now 3 years in and I am no longer as impressed. My kids were finally making progress and built rapport with their BTs only to have the staff completely and unexpectedly changed. This has happened 3 times now and most likely will happen again despite their empty promises to be more consistent. At this point my children have benefited from ABA but there is nothing special about Caravel. It is becoming more corporate as they continue to expand and buy out other companies and they have lost their focus on the children and families. I wish this company would do a better job, act more professional and put their clients first instead of worrying about how they can short cut and adjust schedules to line their pockets."
