I was so worried about my accident and I don't get the help I was looking for make me feel costomers are not important for the company. I left with the bad teast in my mouth."

"Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Here’s some we have had to deal with. Terrible response time. Mistaken our account with my parents several times. Granted we have the same name but we have different addresses, billing info and cars. Poor customer service. Won’t reply to emails. Send emails in Spanish when we don’t speak Spanish and never communicated with you in Spanish. Took payments from our banking account when we asked to be taken off auto pay and failed to keep records of our conversations. The list of problems we had with you is too long and we are going to find a new provider. Terrible experience with this branch ever since my account was transferred to you from a branch I was going to in Murrieta."
