"Dear Mohammed, I have been with your company for a very long time and my broker used to be Michelle before Aubrey and your office in Pomona and was outstanding and I got helped out in many ways also with Liz in Whittier and I’ve also talked today with bertha who works in Garden Grove and she knows what she’s doing these women who I dealt with know how to deal with customer service and answer questions correctly! but now I’m writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I recently encountered at your Pomona office. During my visiting I interacted with a staff member named Aubrey, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this with this individual I had come to the office to make a payment and obtain tags for my .However, the process took an unexpected and frustrating turn. Despite my patience, I encountered several issues: 1. Prolonged Wait Time: My appointment stretched over 2 1/2 hours, significantly longer than anticipated for such a routine transaction. 2. Lack of Competence: Aubrey appeared unfamiliar with the procedures and struggled to complete the transaction efficiently. This lack of proficiency was evident in her difficulty counting money accurately and confusion regarding my payment status. 3. Unprofessional Conduct: Throughout the interaction, Aubrey's demeanor was unprofessional and at times, outright rude, adding further discomfort to an already frustrating situation. To resolve the situation, I had to seek assistance from another broker, Liz, at your Whittier office. With her guidance, the issue was swiftly resolved within 20 minutes, highlighting the stark difference in competency and professionalism between the two experiences. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and professionalism when interacting with your team. Unfortunately, my experience with Aubrey fell short of these expectations, leaving me with a negative impression of your office. I believe it's crucial for management to be aware of such incidents to maintain the quality of service and uphold the reputation of your office. I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the issues raised. Thank you for your attention to this matter. "My family has been with them for YEARS and when I called to add a new car they tried to scam me for a huge deposit when we already had an open policy. Very annoyed that they would try to pull something like that. I understand everyone needs to charge their fee but they were being very greedy with the quote. Needless to say I did some shopping around and found a new policy elsewhere. Cheaper and with no fee that they swore was unavoidable. I will be ending my girlfriends policy with them soon and going to convince my family to take their business elsewhere. Very untrustworthy people. Hope it was worth it trying to screw over some loyal long time customers. Oh and pick up the dang phone. So annoying to try and get a hold of someone here. 0/5 stars if I could."
