"Dr. Is making himself a boatload of money! I believe that is his only concern. I basically administered my own therapy for two years. I did my own BP checks and reporting, because they are always double booked. For over a year, I had to bring my own blood pressure monitor. I'm not complaining about that though. My insurance changed and the good doctor has decided that ghosting me is more cost effective than continuing to treat me. A shocking choice for a mental health professional. My old drug dealers had more compassion, and professional integrity."

"The worst doctor and receptionist is even worst. 1. I went to see him for about 2 years for ADHD and my primary doctor is in NY and out of the blue he wanted a urine test from my Primary was out of state and he wouldn’t work with me, how about put an order in and I could’ve gone to a lab here in town…instead cut off my meds. 2. Their old receptionist was so sweet and compassionate and the current one is ruthless. Out of desperation, I just called for an antidepressant due to losing my sister, father a daughter in a 2 hour period was so cold and soulless. me on hold and while I am crying comes back and cruelly stated that he isn’t taking. new patients??? I wasn’t asking for ADHD meds just need a refill of an antidepressant he gave me when my sister died. WARNING if you are fragile and am looking for a good doctor don’t call him bc apparently he is in it for easy clients and for the money. As for the receptionist, Karma will not be your friend my dear. When humans hurt this bad, you are the one thing standing between them and sanity. Ever hear of a bedside manner?? I never leave reviews but this is unacceptable. Mercy land my butt!"

"Jean Trost should be sued for the terrible medical malpractice. She was the cause of my four-day ICU stay after four-weeks in her care. She still had the audacity to charge me and email me about a follow up after my inpatient say. If you have any disordered eating, or want someone who isn’t a robot, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. She almost KILLED me."

"Dr. M is a very nice guy and I have nothing against him, but trying to get prescriptions filled has proved to be a challenge. It feels like either he's not being informed when there has been a request for a refill or that he just doesn't take the time to reply to the pharmacy quickly. This has not been a one time event regarding prescription refills, it has been an ongoing issue that we have to call or have the pharmacy call multiple times to get a reply and a new prescription. The response I get from the person who answers the phone is that she can't do anything to help and that she has left the doctor a message. When I asked to have him return my call I was told that she could not guarantee that I would get a response. While I do not see Dr. M for myself, he does see both of my children and my wife. If the issue with prescriptions was not an issue, this would be at least a 4 star place to visit."

"Dr. M has been so helpful in getting me on point. He is kit always the easiest to get a hold of, but he is flexible to my schedule. I would reccomend him to anyone that asks. He is caring and observant, he listens and works with the patient to work on what they need."
