It shouldn't be a hidden gem but in some ways it is. The owner Victor is amazing. The prices are always better than anywhere online. If all you care about is saving money well you found the right place. If all you care about is quality of service, fixing broken pieces and asking for advice then you found the right place as well. If you're looking for both you hit a gold mine."

"Great kite store with a million different kite options, PLUS even kite parts including various spars/rods if all sizes and lengths, vinyl end caps, flying lines and linesets (Victor offered to make some as well), line laundry, even big powerfoils, and who knows what other goodies are hidden away in that treasure of a place. He helped me find the exact lineset i needed, plus he explained so much that i left feeling like I doubled my kite setup knowledge ! I will definitely be going back to support their business. "Vic over at Kite Country is the best. I have several kiteboarding kites that Vic has worked with me on. I also purchased a sweet kiteboarding kite from him that was an excellent deal. He has helped me repair multiple kites, and he explains all of the work, what each charge is for, how much time everything will take, and how to best keep the kites from getting damaged in the future. If you ever want to get a kite bladder repaired, a new nozzle, or any other part of the kite fixed, Vic is the one to take it to! He can get good deals on foils and kites for you as well. "I have now been in this place twice and both times the owner is a great guy and very helpful. I haven't flown a kite in well over 20 years but by the time I got done talking to him I was so excited to go and do it because you can really tell he's passionate about what he does. They have very fair prices competitive with Amazon but you get the satisfaction of buying from a local company. He is there to answer any questions you have and make recommendations but is not pushy in anyway which I really appreciate. On his recommendation I left with a 2 string stunt kite and it was every bit as fun and easy to use for a beginner as he said it would be.
