Reviews of נועם קליניק, טיפול קוגניטיבי התנהגותי CBT
"I often find myself thinking, "wow, I cannot WAIT to talk to Noam". He is an incredibly helpful therapist who always takes me seriously and is able to have an earnest and non-judgemental conversation about anything mental health related. Noam has been with me through the thick and thin of it, and I am incredibly grateful for the personalized service he has given me. He always knows just what will help me grow, and respectfully shows me the flaws in my thought patterns. Noam is incredibly effective and kind in his approach."
"NO stars is what I would rate for the services here but had to mark a star to be able to post on here. I had found this clinic via google and decided to try it out according to its reviews. The most horrible place to go to for services. Very unprofessional and rude. My son was recently diagnosed with OCD with complex motor stereotypy and had caused serious self harm to himself in which he had to have an emergency operation performed was brought here for treatment. Throughout the three months that we did see Noam for services, we were only informed of his progress two times. We were not able to ask questions or voice our concerns regarding what the progress he claims my son was making vs what was being seen at home. We had reached out to him on three occasions which was over exaggerated in his email response. I had reached out to him regarding if he would be able to possibly change an appointment for Saturday so we could meet up and he could co educate us as well as voice our concerns as that was the only day my husband was available. I also stated in the email that if it wasnt possible for him to disregard it. Noam responded with a very nasty unprofessional email basically stating my son was not of that importance to him and that he wasnt able to make special accommodations for him. The few times we did question or mention to Noam about our concerns, we were brushed off and told we couldnt say anything to let my son do basically as he pleased and not to remind him. Now we were given this same response in the few times we did bring our concerns to Noam. My sons OCD diagnosis is fear of germs. If he was digusted at anything he would react in a repulsed way. in feeling this way he as treated my daughter horribly to the point it has made her depressed about her life and lowered her self esteem. So if my son feels my daughter is germy, which he does; then obviously this is OCD which is making him feel disgusted and causing him to react the way he does. Noam tells my son this is not OCD and so my son has the mentality that no one can tell him what to do or remind him of any thing. Noam goes onto say in his nasty email response to me that he no longer wants to treat my son and that he has cancelled all our future sessions and that any future therapy sessions with my son would be useless. Obviously, he never cared for my son as a client and it was just strictly business. I understand therapy would take some time but there was no progress and any claims of progress made was just off of what my son told him which were dishonest responses. We were never asked if we had any questions or concerns or how we felt about his improvements!!! Never once did I state my questions or concerns were done for my happiness!!! My childs health is my number one concern. Obviously if it were for my happiness there wouldnt have been 100k dollars in medical expenses under my childs name due to the reaction of his mental state and that does not even include the out of pocket expenses such as this horrible service we underwent for three months. As a parent this whole process was frustrating and horrible to not be able to voice our concerns and heartbreaking to have to tell your child his therapist no longer wants to treat him. I recommend taking your business elsewhere and finding a therapist who really cares and is professional!!!!"
"Noam has significantly helped me deal, and come to terms with my mental health. I 100% recommend his practice full heartedly"
"Not every therapist has the intuition to help you. It takes a real professional with knowledge and sensitivity to make you understand your own issues, confront them and work toward resolving them. Change is not easy but Noam helped me make the change in my perspective, attitude and take action in my life. I will always be grateful. I can't recommend him enough."
