Achieving Collaborative Treatment

"I would like to report against disparity and discrimination to the owner. Where can I find the contact details to the owner? Staff is very disrespectful even though I was kind to all of them, when I was signing up my daughter they asked that there are other providers. This is not a good reputation to the place. All the staff are stubborn with us due to our name and color of our skin. We had our neighbor call and the treatment was distinctly different."

"My experience at ACT was a very positive one. I was a Behavior Technician hired at the Line Staff level and worked my way up to an Advanced Line level after about a year and a half. I worked with ACT for two years and three months and built very strong relationships with the clients I worked with, working with young individuals as well as older clients. I also built reinforcing relationships with staff and parents. Parents want what is best for their child and put complete trust in staff to implement their best therapeutic practices. When you need extra support your team members are always there to provide it. Working with clients has been so rewarding! You make great connections with the families and It’s amazing to see the progress they make through out their time. You don’t spend too much time with other staff, but when you do they are extremely helpful, welcoming, and kind. They are incredibly flexible with school schedules as well for both staff and their clients. I have never had any issues working around my school schedule.
