"Our teen has had two doctors here and both have been fabulous in different ways. They truly care about the patient and don't consider their role to be just prescribing medication. That is their main function but they also suggest other ways of coping and getting additional help. Dr. Lohs is incredibly positive and relates well to children and teens (and has about five children herself). I've recommended her to others and they are just as happy. The staff is also efficient and they return phone calls as soon as they can."

"It's not written anywhere in the cancellation policy that you sign, so I WANT TO WARN YOU. If you're a new patient and you miss your 1st appointment, they won't reschedule you EVER. People make mistakes, especially when we're having issues with mental health and have many things on our minds...but you won't get a 2nd chance here and that is quite disturbing considering the field. I spoke to Dr. Randall Zblewski on an initial call and told him every option I was given to call has no availability for 6 months, so i'm desperate enough to drive 2 hrs to him. But when i called the office after realizing i mixed up my appointment time the response was "well you wasted his time sry, well no its not written anywhere in the paperwork you signed but its just his policy." Maybe, it's a good thing that it didnt work out here, bc that just seems heartless. Hopefully I can find someone before things get even worse. Good luck to all of you out there in the same boat."

"This is a wonderful practice...from clinicians to billing to administrative staff. Highly recommend. I've never had an issue reaching billing or a person when I call (you don't sit through a five minute recording, seriously...not even close and billing doesn't ring and ring, they have a voice-mail box). I've left voice-mails for billing and reception and someone has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. Also, I had an appointment with my doctor during the time period when they weren't seeing patients in office and it was very clear that the doctor was going to call you at or near your appointment time. There was no confusion. ("MR's review is inaccurate. They are taking patients and if you look at their review history, all reviews are one star with the exception of a bar.)"

"I’ve had a good experience with my doctor there but the entire process at this facility is terrible. There are no appointment reminders, and even during COVID when the entire process changed and there were no in person visits, there was no appointment process reminder - who is calling who, etc. Yet when you then miss the appt they have plenty of time to mail your bill that same day. And when you call to pay, there is a 5-minute irrelevant recording you have to sit through just to get to the selections. And when I finally get to choose billing, it just rings and rings and rings. It’s the middle of a weekday! The whole process here as turned me sour as I search for a new place that is more patient-centered."
