"No focus for the therapists and they make no attempt to actually find solutions (or suggestions as therapists are only allowed to make suggestions). And therapists randomly cancel appointments or leave. Don't waste your time and money."

"Leah is awesome. I knew right away that I found a good match: warm, down to earth, empathetic. She met me where I’m at: I don’t like too much coddling or syrupy sweetness. I like practicality. She is good at keeping the conversation natural, asking the right questions, and giving helpful feedback and suggestions. I have had such poor experiences with therapy in the past, but after someone in my circle had a positive experience with another counselor, Marvin, I decided to give it another try too. My only note is that the online patient portal is a little confusing and limited. Always room for improvement :)"
