"I struggle with this. The massage itself wasn’t terrible. But the customer service afterwards was insulting. The reviews from others are accurate. The website says $60 for 60 minutes. I was charged $72 and then insulted when my cash tip reflected this and basically made out to be the victim by the Chinese woman that massaged me. I tried asking why the website shows $60 for 1 hour but she charged me $72 and she pretended to not understand what I was saying. Unacceptable behavior!"

"I went there a couple of weeks ago and had an hour massage for $70. Upon leaving I tipped the woman $15, ( a bit over 20% ). The woman said " oh that's all"? She told me that she usually gets $20. I found this exchange fairly galling and cringe worthy. I told her that I need to find another place; she seemed unaffected. Ugh...!"

"This was my second visit here, it will also be my last. Called in advance to schedule a 90 min hot stone massage. Was told just to tell her when I come in that I want hot stone. However the person working the day of my appt did not speak any English. She used a translator on her phone just to ask if I wanted an hour or an hour and a half. She did not close the door for me to change or allow me any privacy when getting undressed. Then she spent over 30 minutes walking on my back. She eventually stopped and using the translator on her phone asked if it was comfortable and I was able to reply using the translator that I actually wanted a hot stone massage. She then gave me a fairly decent hand massage focusing on my back but only incorpated the hot stones for 5 minutes (if that). I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because parts of the massage were good and did get my knots out. However the inability to communicate at all and the lack of privacy offered were not experiences I want to repeat."
