Horan Hall is a vibrant co-ed residence hall located at 651 Hilltop Circle in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Situated at the top of the hill on upper campus, Horan Hall is home to approximately 200 students. The hall is conveniently located next to Hilltop Center, which offers a cafeteria, recreation facilities, and more.

Residents of Horan Hall can enjoy comfortable living spaces, with each room equipped with two twin-XL beds, desks, chairs, closet spaces, and dressers. The lobby provides a welcoming space for socializing with friends or studying for exams. The hall also offers plenty of stalls and sinks for residents, as well as shower stalls on each floor.

Horan Hall is also home to the Outdoor Adventure Living Learning Community, where residents can explore the wonders and challenges of the great outdoors.
