"Filled out form to inquire about availability. After not receiving email confirmation my message was received I texted later a couple days. My email was seen. I received an apology about not being contacted sooner. I was told they would 'love to meet with me but have a waitlist'. This was way more laborious than what it should've been. Regarding the banner notification. I rechecked and found the message you're referring to. It loads significantly after the banner image, and if you scroll down even a little bit, it goes away completely. Any normal user is going to scroll before it displays because there is no real content visible in the first page to delay that behavior. Perhaps put it on a landing page to ensure it's seen more readily. Look forward to the 3+ Month waitlist. I appreciate you getting to the root of this based on my review. Wish this would've gone smoother. I changed my review to two stars but I'm back it down to one. My questions weren't answered readily and I felt like the only reason I was answered was because of the one star review. When she did reach out I thought I'd raise it in good faith. However I see she had three other random reviews added to offset mine. If only I felt the level of attention to her service was a fraction as important as her google reviews. Tacky. I had to re ask several times to find out the waitlist was at least 3-5 months which I think is very important to people seeking therapy and don't have time to play back and forth for days or weeks. Sounds lovely and I'm sure existing patients would love her. But this was def not NO WORRIES lol"
