They are unwilling to work out a solution when they were the cause of the problem. With all the places you can spend your hard-earned money, this is not the place. Go elsewhere. Edit to add: I just received a reply well over TWO YEARS after posting this claiming it was all because of COVID, which is laughable. This was long, long before COVID even existed. Your bad service was your bad service, and lies as excuses are a bad look."

"Bought Blade Buddies Ice Skating Soakers- Moose but this was not the product that I wanted. They were out of the moose so they let us pick another animal. However, the animal wasn't the problem. We called them to ask about the product and they told us that it was thick enough to protect the blade. This is very thin, little to no coverage and looks like it will rip after a few times putting them on the blade. When we called to complain that the item we received was not the right product. We wanted a soaker that was thick on the inside, we didn't care what it looked like... Anyways, when we asked if we could get an exchanged or return. They told us that we can return or exchange however we would have to pay the returning shipping. Which I think isn't fair since we already paid $3.99 for shipping. We had asked the person on the other line and they even went to check the product by hand and told us that it had enough coverage. We called within the 30 days and said that we would also have to cover the shipping for the new exchange item which also... like what. We have already paid for shipping the first time, the order was incorrect and they want us to pay a second time, plus paying to get it shipped back. The item hasn't been used yet. But definitely would not recommend this store for soakers. If the store reaches out to contact me, I will happily change my review but as of now, I am an unsatisfied customer."
